Regulation 715/2009 requires the transmission system operators to publish, in relation to their services, information specified in the annex to the regulation (on technical, contracted and available capacities in relation to specific points, including input and output points) in a transparent, standardised and regular way. The President of the Energy Regulatory Office is responsible for the approval of the list of relevant points that are subject to the information obligation and takes a decision at the request of Transmission System Operator and based on prior consultation with market participants.

In case of an updated list of relevant points, the market consultations has been carried out by the Energy Regulatory Office between 6 – 20 July 2020.

The list of relevant points has been supplemented, among others with new points, i.e. the virtual entry point "GCP GAZ-SYSTEM / UA TSO" and the virtual exit point "GCP GAZ-SYSTEM / UA TSO", which from 1 July 2020 replaced the existing points on the connection of the Polish and Ukrainian transmission systems - Hermanowice and Drozdowicze with one virtual point of "GCP GAZ-SYSTEM / UA TSO" with a specific flow direction.
